About Project Grief

Heal, evolve, and rebuild after loss

What this is

A blunt, compassionate space for people who’ve been torn open by loss and the ones walking beside them. No stages. No tidy timelines. Just the unfiltered realities of life after, and the practices that make it livable again.

What you’ll get

  • Personal essays that say the quiet parts of grief out loud.

  • Frameworks and prompts that translate pain into movement.

  • Parenting-in-grief pieces that tell the truth without romanticizing it.

Who it’s for

The grieving, the caregivers, and the quietly undone. Also the curious and hopeful people who want language for what feels unsayable.

Why me

I’m CJ Infantino—widowed father of three, author of Torn Pages From A Broken Heart, and the writer behind Project Grief. I left a lucrative tech career to build work that actually serves grievers. My story has been shared on podcasts and in press; more importantly, it shows up here, where it can help you name what’s real.

What I believe

  • Grief is forever; growth is possible.

  • Tiny steps count. Movement beats mantras.

  • We don’t fix people. We witness, we act, we rebuild.
